Abstract
NSW Health provides a range of health care services to NSW residents that are dellivered across a variety of settings. The New South Wales Adult Health Survey 2002 included a range of questions that addressed access to and satisfaction with health care services. Measuring consumer satisfaction with health care services is part of the process of monitoring the success of community participation and quality improvement strategies.
