Abstract
In the July-September quarter of 1994 the Neisseria Reference Laboratory at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney, examined 132 isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. This is a similar figure to the 127 strains examined in 1993 but considerably fewer than the 180 seen in 1992.
