Abstract
This chapter presents the results of perinatal death reviews carried out by the NSW Maternal and Perinatal Committee, which is a quality assurance committee established under the NSW Health Administration Act 1982. The Committee is privileged under the Act to carry out confi dential reviews of maternal and perinatal deaths.
