Abstract
The Centre for Drug and Alcohol and the Centre for
Epidemiology and Research at the NSW Department of
Health have developed a web-based interface that allows
access to reports on drug related morbidity and mortality
in NSW. This article introduces this system, the Drugs
Related Outcomes: Population Surveillance (DROPS),
describing its development and how it can be used to access
drug-related health statistics for the NSW population.
